Damn, that steak looks good. Luckily I've had a tasty Lean Cusine meal of Lemongrass chicken with rice and veggies. MMMM, ain't nothin' like that chemical aftertaste!
ok, i know i'm jumping the gun here, but mulysa's snarky sniker and comment forced my hand . . .
come on . . . the outside of the rare steak is CHARRED!!!! That's the difference.
we're talking about a fine line, a quantum state of being that mulysa and lotus (???????) obviously refuse to acknowledge.
and gals . . . please comment after screg posts his post. i'm just repsonding to mulysa's comment . . . thereby canceling it out and starting from an even playing field.

i am alone in my "opinion", which, btw, i insist is fact, and i will NOT falter...

we just went to eat bkfst (lotus, ronin, hot fudge, & myself). ronin at first wanted to ordera steak and eggs plate. the waitress said that in order for the restaraunt to cook it rare, he would have to sign a consent form.
because rare is raw, and we all know raw meat can be really unhealthy for you!
